We work hard to make sure that we are continually evolving our customer service, to ensure we can offer the most responsive and efficient solution to our clients’ needs, which is why we have introduced our Video Response Service. Customers who report a problem on our helpline have the option to schedule a telephone appointment with one of our qualified, EPR electricians who will conduct a video survey of the reported issue.
We can either help to solve the problem or, where necessary, order parts ahead of time, thereby cutting-down on unnecessary call-outs and inconvenient delays for homeowners.
