The health, safety and welfare of our staff, customers and the general public is of paramount importance to us and is the focus of everything we do. These three factors influence the way we think, plan and operate.

Our safety management is led from the top, supported by specialist safety advisers where appropriate. We provide our team with safe systems of work by providing information, training, PPE and supervision onsite; these are supported by regular toolbox talks.

We provide our operatives with customer service training that ensures they can advise the residents about the works and they carry home protection kits to show respect for the homes we work in as well as providing information packs for residents.

We hold a number of safety accreditations, including Constructionline, CHAS, SAFE Contractor and NICEIC. All our technicians are UKATA trained.
